How to make Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Crock Pot
One of the easiest ways to make a great tailgate snack or appetizer is with the trusty Crock Pot! A simple recipe that you mix together and put in the Crock pot and let it do all of the work! This Buffalo Chicken Dip is a perfect appetizer to have in your CP!
I am a big fan of easy. This recipe doesn’t get any easier! Cream Cheese, shredded chicken, Crystal Hot Sauce, homemade ranch seasoning. Wooooo Weee! Add the all favorite shredded cheddar a little garlic and you will be hooked! You can also use the store bought ranch seasoning in place of making your own. This is also a low carb favorite just like our BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND CARAMELIZED ONION DIP.
So how do you make it? Let me show you!

Tips and Tricks
That rotisserie chicken or even canned chicken from the store both work well for this recipe. I even make extra baked chicken during the week and reserve some for this recipe. Doing that ahead of time makes this as easy as it is delicious.
If you have ever mixed cold cream cheese, you know that allowing it to soften is a big deal. This can easily be done overnight so you are ready to mix in the morning.
If you have leftovers, allow them to cool. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container. Reheat in a low heat oven.
