Rethinking your Food
So I love a good snack. It is so hard for me to resist those chips and salsa or charcuterie boards at all of those social gatherings. Since I have adopted healthier habits I have tried to always be prepared. I love a healthy swap in recipes but this takes those swaps to a whole different level. This shows you how to take things you love and look for and FIND healthier options!

Tips and Tricks
Keeping each one about the same size is key here. Done is a relative term, I like mine with a good char on them so they are smoky and crispy. Just watch them and check every 10 minutes to get them where you like them.
We encourage people to make these recipes their own. This is a method simply to get you started and thinking about the things that you like. I would say try it if you think it would be great!
This method should work very well with similar size and texture. For example, Broccoli would be fabulous the exact same way. Try another veggie and let me know what you did and how you liked it!
