How to Make 4 ingredient Garlic Chicken
We show you how to make homemade bone broth using a whole chicken! Part 2 to come showing you how we make soup! Video showing you the finished products to follow later today! Here's what you'll need: 4-6 pounds chicken ends and tops of a bunch of celery ends and tops of 4-5 large carrots 1 whole onion sliced mushrooms woody ends of 3-4 turnip roots Season and cook chicken in instant pot for 6 minutes per pound with at least 1 cup of water. Remove and allow to cool. With remaining liquid in IP, Add tops and ends of veggies, mushrooms and onion. Remove chicken from bones and set aside. Place chicken bones and carcass in with veggies. Cook 2 to 3 hours until bones are brittle. Cool and strain broth. This is highly concentrated broth so add half to jars and top off with water.
