Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole

Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole takes a boring side and turns it into something spectacular. Beautiful gold potatoes drenched in a sultry sauce of mayo and garlic are only made better by adding bacon and cheese.

–Gold potatoes, peeled and diced –Shredded cheddar cheese – Mayonnaise – Bacon, cooked and crumbled – Minced garlic – Green onion – Salt – Pepper
