Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pound bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Drain.

  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk and corn. Spread in prepared pan.
    3/4 cup sour cream, 1 can whole kernel corn, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup milk
  • Top with cheese and then arrange frozen tater tots on top. Bake 45 minutes or until tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 pound bag of frozen tater tots
  • Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. Serve and Enjoy!
