1cupthinly sliced or spiralized Zucchini or Squash
8ouncescooked Chicken Breastshredded
1/4cupgrated Parmesan Cheese
2tablespoonschopped Fresh Basil
2cupsHot Water or low sodium chicken broth
Instructions
In two clean large mouth pint mason jars, layer as follows. 1/4 cup of Marinara sauce in each, 1 tablespoon Italian dressing in each. Half of the sliced squash in each, half of the cooked chicken in each, and half of the parmesan and basil.
1/2 cup Low Sugar Marinara Sauce, 2 tablespoons Light or reduced fat Italian Dressing, 1 cup thinly sliced or spiralized Zucchini or Squash, 8 ounces cooked Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil
Pour Hot water over all leaving a small space at the head of the jar. Shake and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
