Mason Jar Chicken Parmesan Soup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Low Sugar Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Light or reduced fat Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup thinly sliced or spiralized Zucchini or Squash
  • 8 ounces cooked Chicken Breast shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil
  • 2 cups Hot Water or low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  • In two clean large mouth pint mason jars, layer as follows. 1/4 cup of Marinara sauce in each, 1 tablespoon Italian dressing in each. Half of the sliced squash in each, half of the cooked chicken in each, and half of the parmesan and basil.
    1/2 cup Low Sugar Marinara Sauce, 2 tablespoons Light or reduced fat Italian Dressing, 1 cup thinly sliced or spiralized Zucchini or Squash, 8 ounces cooked Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Basil
  • Pour Hot water over all leaving a small space at the head of the jar. Shake and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
    2 cups Hot Water or low sodium chicken broth
