Italian Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni sausage
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups nacho chips
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler to medium high heat. On a sheet pan, layer nacho chips in a single layer. Drizzle Alfredo sauce over all chips. Layer Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes, olives, peppers and top with more pepperoni if desired.
    2 cups chicken, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup black olives, 1 cup chopped pepperoni sausage, 1/2 cup alfredo sauce, 4 cups nacho chips, 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • Place under broiler for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with parsley and diced green onions. Serve and enjoy!
    1/4 cup chopped green onion, parsley for garnish
