Preheat broiler to medium high heat. On a sheet pan, layer nacho chips in a single layer. Drizzle Alfredo sauce over all chips. Layer Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes, olives, peppers and top with more pepperoni if desired.
2 cups chicken, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup black olives, 1 cup chopped pepperoni sausage, 1/2 cup alfredo sauce, 4 cups nacho chips, 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
Place under broiler for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with parsley and diced green onions. Serve and enjoy!
