Instant Pot Italian Sliced Beef with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1-2 pounds bottom round beef steak sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 package dry italian seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients.
  • Add meat in IP first, then veggies.
    1 green bell pepper, 1-2 pounds bottom round beef steak, 1 onion
  • Sprinkle seasoning on top, add water. Seal and set manually to 40 minutes.
    salt and pepper, 1 package dry italian seasoning mix, 1 cup water, 2 cubes beef bouillon
  • Allow the pressure to naturally release and serve!
