Healthy Baked Artichokes with Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
For the Artichokes
1tablespoonOlive oilextra virgin
1/2teaspoonred pepper flakes
1can artichoke heartsdrained, rinsed and dried
1/4cupparmesan cheesegrated
For the Garlic Dipping Sauce
1/4cupMayonnaise
2garlic clovesminced
1/4 cupsour cream
1tablespoonlemon juice
2tablespoonsdijon mustard
1/2teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/2teaspooncajun seasoning
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Drain artichoke hearts and rinse with cool water. Dry with a paper towel.
1 can artichoke hearts
In a large bowl, toss artichoke hearts with olive oil, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Making sure to coat each one well.
1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
For the Sauce, in a medium size bowl, mix the mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper well.
