Fresh Oven Roasted Tomatoes with Basil and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Green onion minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 14 Basil leaves small
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Slice tomatoes 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine salt, garlic, green onion, rosemary and pepper.
    1/2 teaspoon Salt, 1 teaspoon Fresh garlic, 1 teaspoon Green onion, 1/2 teaspoon Rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • Sprinkle a small amount of mixture and then parmesan cheese on top of each tomato slice, distributing evenly.
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Add a small basil leaf to the top of each slice. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
