Easy Sheet Pan Caramel Apple Slices

Ingredients

  • 5 Apples cored and sliced
  • 22 ounces Kraft Caramels opened
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • toppings of choice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice

Instructions

  • wash, core and slice apples. Place in a large bowl and cover with water. Add in lemon juice and set aside for a few minutes. Drain on paper towels and dry well. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    5 Apples, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • Prep all preferred toppings and set aside. Open all of the caramels and place in a microwave safe bowl.

  • Add half and half to caramels and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir after each interval until smooth. Drizzle over prepared apples and allow to set for one minute.
    1/4 cup half and half
  • Top with prepared toppings and allow to set at room temperature for at least 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
