wash, core and slice apples. Place in a large bowl and cover with water. Add in lemon juice and set aside for a few minutes. Drain on paper towels and dry well. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5 Apples, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Prep all preferred toppings and set aside. Open all of the caramels and place in a microwave safe bowl.
toppings of choice, 22 ounces Kraft Caramels
Add half and half to caramels and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir after each interval until smooth. Drizzle over prepared apples and allow to set for one minute.

Top with prepared toppings and allow to set at room temperature for at least 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
To expedite the set time, place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Once caramel has cooled and feels solid, they are ready to serve.
