Easy Crock Pot Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the tenderloin into 2 or 3 chunks. Place in the liner of your crock pot.

  • In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and pepper. Pour over pork tenderloin.
    1 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until the meat falls apart. Shred meat and stir well in sauce after shredding to heat through. Serve on buns.
