Crock Pot Lava Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 devils food cake mix
  • 1.66 cups water
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups cold milk whole is best
  • 3.9 ounces package instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Lightly grease the inner liner of crock pot with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix cake mix , water, eggs and oil. Mix well on a medium setting with a mixer for 2 minutes. Pour in crock pot and spread evenly.

  • In a separate bowl, mix milk and chocolate pudding mix for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Spoon in over cake batter. Do not mix.
    2 cups cold milk, 3.9 ounces package instant chocolate pudding
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Cake will pull away from sides of crock pot slightly. Top will be semi firm to the touch.
    2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Scoop and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy!
