Bacon Cheese Crescent Tartets

Ingredients

  • 1 can Crescent dough
  • 1/3 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup Bacon cooked, drained and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Green onion chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly  flour a flat surface. Unroll crescent dough as well as possible to keep in one large square. Pinch perforated edges together.

  • Roll out to even out and make larger and then cut into 24 small squares for mini muffins.
  • Sprinkle cheese in each cup in equal parts. Add Bacon and onions to each muffin cup, distributing evenly.
    1/3 cup Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup Bacon, 1 tablespoon Green onion
  • In a small bowl, mix egg and whipping cream until mixed well. Spoon cream and egg mixture evenly over each muffin cup.
    3 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 Egg
  • Bake at 375 until edges are brown and filling is set. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack for a few minutes more.
