Ingredients

  • 2 Apples seeds removed, peeled or unpeeled
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Carefully slice apples as thin as you can with a mandolin slicer.
  • Place on a sheet pan prepared with parchment paper in a
    single layer and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven and carefully flip apple
    slices. Bake for another hour.
  • Cool and Enjoy!
