Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve Graham crackers reduced fat
  • 2 teaspoons coconut sugar or Swerve
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk reduced fat
  • ¾ cup egg substitute
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 tub Zero Sugar cool whip

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker-crumbs, butter and sugar substite. Press into bottom of pie plate. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes and cool.
  • Mix sweetened condensed milk, egg substitute, Lime zest and lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour into cooled pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 45-60 minutes. Top with Cool whip. Garnish with Lime slices or zest and serve.
