Ingredients
1sleeveGraham crackersreduced fat
2teaspoonscoconut sugar or Swerve
2Tablespoonsmelted butter
1cansweetened condensed milkreduced fat
¾cupegg substitute
2teaspoonslime zest
½cuplime juice
1tubZero Sugar cool whip
Instructions
Combine graham cracker-crumbs, butter and sugar substite. Press into bottom of pie plate. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes and cool.
Mix sweetened condensed milk, egg substitute, Lime zest and lime juice until smooth.
Pour into cooled pie crust. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 45-60 minutes. Top with Cool whip. Garnish with Lime slices or zest and serve.
