Ingredients
½cupLow Sugar Marinara Sauce
2TablespoonsLight or reduced fat Italian Dressing
1cupthinly sliced or spiralized Zucchini or Squash
8ouncescooked Chicken Breastshredded
¼cupgrated Parmesan Cheese
2Tablespoonschopped Fresh Basil
2cupsHot Water or low sodium chicken broth
Instructions
In two clean large mouth pint mason jars, layer as follows. ¼ cup of Marinara sauce in each, 1 tablespoon Italian dressing in each. Half of the sliced squash in each, half of the cooked chicken in each, and half of the parmesan and basil.
Pour Hot water over all leaving a small space at the head of the jar. Shake and let sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
