Ingredients
1-poundthick cut bacon
½Cupquality maple syrup
1teaspoonprepared mustard
½teaspoonground pepper
1tablespoonbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil or use a sheet pan with a rack that has been sprayed with cooking spray,
Arrange bacon in a single layer, not overlapping,
In a small bowl, combine syrup an mustard. Spoon or brush over bacon. Bake 20-30 minutes Turn over and spoon or baste on other side.
Bake another 10 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with brown sugar and black pepper.
