Momma B's Meatloaf is a fancy way to make this suppertime staple main course. We make a delicious honey based sauce in place of ketchup. We also make this with real bread in the meatloaf mixture which adds great texture and flavor.

Ingredients
1.5poundslean ground beef
¼onion chopped fine
1cupof day old breadcubed
1tablespoonKetchup
1tablespoonprepared mustard
1tablespoonWorcestershire
1egg
~For the Sauce
1tablespoonprepared mustard
1tablespoonketchup
1tablespoonhorseradish
1tablespoonworchestershire
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1tablespoontomato paste
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients together and form a loaf. Put in a foil lined pan and cook at 375 degrees and cook for 20-30 minutes.
Mix mustard, second tablespoon of ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, brown sugar, tomato paste and honey in a small bowl.
After the meatloaf has cooked about 20-30 minutes, pour the prepared sauce over the meatloaf and return to the oven for 15-20 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
