Tater Tot Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole takes a delicious casserole and tops it with fun! Tater tots are loved by kids of all ages and when you add in a great protein like ground beef and corn, you will please kids and adults alike!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 pound bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
  • Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef with sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk and corn. Spread in prepared pan.
  • Top with cheese and then arrange frozen tater tots on top. Bake 45 minutes or until tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.
  • Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. Serve and Enjoy!
