Ingredients
1poundground beef
¾cupsour cream
1can whole kernel corndrained
½cupmilk
1can cream of mushroom soup
½teaspoonpepper
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoononion powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
2poundbag of frozen tater tots
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Drain.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef with sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk and corn. Spread in prepared pan.
Top with cheese and then arrange frozen tater tots on top. Bake 45 minutes or until tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.
Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. Serve and Enjoy!
