Ingredients
½cupbutter
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsminced garlic
1teaspoononion powder
1tablespooncreole seasoning
4ozbeer
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1 -2poundsraw or frozen large shrimpin shells with tails
2tablespoonshot sauce
1cupsliced green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large skillet or saucepan, melt butter and olive oil. Add lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, creole seasoning, beer, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Cook on medium heat and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
Arrange thawed or raw shrimp in a single layer in a large baking dish. Pour butter sauce over shrimp and sprinkle with green onions.
Bake 15 minutes turning half way through cooking time. Serve right away.
