Ingredients
2slicesof Baconcooked and crumbled
1small red onionchopped
2tablespoonsminced garlic
1large can of Pork and Beans28 oz
½poundof Smoked Conecuh Sausagesliced
⅓cupKetchup
⅓cupBrown Sugarplus a pinch
¼cupMaple Syrup
2tablespoonsApple Cider Vinegar
2tablespoonprepared Mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook bacon and set aside to crumble when cools. Cook onions until soft in bacon grease. Add sausage and garlic and cook just until browned
In a large casserole dish, add beans and cooked onions, garlic and sausage. Add in crumbled bacon, ketchup, brown sugar, maple syrup, ACV and Mustard. Mix well.
