Ingredients
8slicesof baconcooked and crumbled
1poundground beef
½cupdiced onion
1can Red Kidney beansrinsed and drained
⅓cupWorcestershire sauce
1can Black beansrinsed and drained
½cupbrown sugar
⅓cupketchup
¼cupApple cider vinegar
¼teaspooneach of Red Pepper flakesblack pepper and cayenne pepper
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Cook Bacon and drain and cool. Crumble or chop. Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon grease. In reserved bacon grease, brown ground beef and onions. Drain.
In a small bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ACV, ketchup, salt and peppers. Set aside.
In a large 6 quart or larger Crock pot, add ground beef, bacon, beans and liquid mixture. Stir well.
Cover Crock Pot and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Top with Sour cream, cheese or any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
