Homemade Tortilla Strips

Homemade Tortilla Strips are easy to make and very cost effective. Using flour or corn tortillas you probably already have in your pantry, there is only 2 ingredients. It is also a good way to use up those tortillas you have left over!

Ingredients

  • 5- 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tortillas in a stack and carefully cut into strips with a very sharp knife.
  • Spread strips onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes stirring often until golden brown and crispy. Cool and serve.
