Ingredients
2, 14ozcanssweetened condensed Milk
3egg yolks
4ozsoftened cream cheese
⅔cuplemon juice
pinchof salt
1cupheavy whipping cream
2tablespoonsconfectioners sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Have prepared crust ready.
In a large bowl, combine, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, cream cheese and salt. Mix with a hand mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and thick.
Pour Mixture into prepared pie crust and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to set.I
n a chilled bowl, Mix confectioners sugar with heavy whipping cream. Beat with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
Garnish with lemon zest and Whipped Cream to serve.
