Instant Pot Hot Dogs

Instant Pot Hot Dogs. So easy but so full of flavor! A grill and party favorite now comes inside the kitchen to show off. Adding smoky and spicy flavors along with an unexpected twist gives these dogs a new trick!

Ingredients

  • 8-24 Hot Dog Franks we like Nathan’s
  • ¼ cup Diced Onion
  • cup minced garlic
  • teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 12 oz. Beer room temperature

Instructions

  • Place Hot dogs on a trivet in the Instant Pot. Add in garlic, onions, chili powder and beer.
  • Close lid, seal vent and set to manual or pressure cook for 3 minutes. (1 minute for dogs with no casings)
  • Once cooking is done, carefully do a quick release with a pair of tongs or oven mitt. Once all pressure has been released, carefully remove lid.
  • Serve and enjoy!
