Italian Nachos

Italian Nachos made in the oven are NACHO normal Nacho! Packed with Italian flavors of black olive, green onion, pepperoni and pepperoncini peppers, they will become your new favorite way to make nachos!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 cup chopped pepperoni sausage
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups nacho chips
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat broiler to medium high heat. On a sheet pan, layer nacho chips in a single layer. Drizzle Alfredo sauce over all chips. Layer Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes, olives, peppers and top with more pepperoni if desired.
  • Place under broiler for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
