Ingredients
2cupscookedshredded chicken
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
½cupdiced tomatoes
½cupsliced black olives
¼cupchopped green onion
¼cupsliced pepperoncini peppers
1cupchopped pepperoni sausage
½cupAlfredo sauce
4cupsnacho chips
parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat broiler to medium high heat. On a sheet pan, layer nacho chips in a single layer. Drizzle Alfredo sauce over all chips. Layer Chicken, pepperoni, cheese, tomatoes, olives, peppers and top with more pepperoni if desired.
Place under broiler for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Garnish with parsley. Serve and enjoy!
