OLD BAY POTATOES

Crispy Roasted Old Bay Potatoes give a new meaning to a regular old side dish. Roasted up crispy and yummy with a little oil, they only get more delicious by adding Old Bay Seasoning.

– Red potatoes, boiled and cubed, skins on – Olive oil – Chopped red onion – Old Bay Seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste – Shredded parmesan – Parsley for garnish

INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Boil potatoes whole in salted water until a toothpick can go all of the way through. Do not over boil!

STEP 1

Spread in an even layer on a greased sheet pan with chopped onions. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well to distribute oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, Old Bay and Parmesan Cheese.

STEP 2

Bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes stirring halfway through, until crispy and brown.

STEP 3

Garnish with Parsley and Enjoy!
