How to Make Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

Pecan Pie Mini Muffins are an easy and delicious way to get all of the flavors you love from the Southern Pecan Pie without all of the work. These mini muffins are made with just 5 ingredients and can be whipped up in no time.

EggsBrown SugarMelted ButterAll Purpose FlourChopped Pecans


In a large bowl, combine your eggs, brown sugar, melted butter and flour and mix well.


Fold in your chopped pecans and mix well.


Spray your mini muffin tin well and spoon in mixture to cups. Only fill ⅔ of the way so they don't rise too much. 


Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browned.

Step 4

Immediately turn the pan out on to a cooling rack after baking. I have found that with mini muffins, they tend to stick worse as they cool. Turning them out immediately keeps this from happening no matter how much non stick spray you use.

Pro Muffin Tip!

If kept in an airtight container, these mini muffins will last up to a week. They can be made ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator  to prolong the life a few more days.
