GARLIC STICKY CHICKEN WITH HONEY SAUCE

This oven-baked garlic sticky chicken with honey sauce is the perfect dinner recipe to whip up when you want a bite of pure comfort.

Tender breaded chicken thighs coated in a sweet, sticky sauce.

INGREDIENTS

 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs Buttermilk All-purpose flour Salt Garlic powder

In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients (ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce) until combined.

Place the chicken thighs into a plastic bag and add in the buttermilk (alternative you could do this in a large bowl). Massage it onto the chicken through the bag until it’s coated.

Then, add the flour, salt, garlic, and cayenne pepper into the bag and shake it to coat the chicken fully.

In a large casserole dish, spread half of the sauce onto the bottom, covering the bottom. Set the rest aside.

Add the chicken to the honey sauce in a single layer before pouring the leftover sauce on top. Bake at 350F for roughly 50 minutes or until cooked through.
