Crockpot Baked Potatoes

Baked Potatoes in the Crock Pot are a busy cooks dream. When your schedule is tight, just prep and pop these babies in the crock pot and they will be ready for you when you get home.

– 6-8 Russet Potatoes, equal in size – Canola Oil – Sea salt – Fork – Aluminum Foil

INGREDIENTS

Wash and dry potatoes. Poke with a fork on all sides

STEP 1

Drizzle with a little canola oil on top of aluminum foil square.

STEP 2

Sprinkle all sides with sea salt and wrap tightly.

STEP 3

Do this for each potato.

STEP 4

Place in Crock Pot. If you are baking more than what will cover the bottom, it is ok to stack them on top of one another

STEP 5

Carefully remove from crock pot, bust open and serve with all of your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
