Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cups shrimp chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 bell pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese divided
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add shrimp, green onion, bell pepper, mayo, cream cheese, 1/4 cup of pepper jack cheese, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning and Worcestershire. Mix well.
    1 & 1/2 cups shrimp, 1/4 cup chopped green onion, 1 bell pepper seeds removed and chopped finely, 1/4 cup mayo, 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning, 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • Mix well and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15-20 min until brown on top. Garnish with a little dried parsley and serve with veggies, tortilla chips or bread to Enjoy!
