Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup confectioners or powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream butter and cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well. Add in Red Velvet cake mix in 2 small batches and mix well until all incorporated.
    8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • Scoop out tablespoon size amounts of dough and shape into small balls. Roll Balls in confectioners sugar to coat. Place on a greased sheet pan or one with parchment.
    1/2 cup confectioners or powdered sugar
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes. Cool on wire rack and sprinkle with a little more confectioners sugar.
