Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds boneless or bone in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, flour and seasonings. Dredge Pork Chops in mixture. Let them sit for a minute while heating butter and olive oil in a pan.
    1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 2 tablespoons plain flour, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sear the Pork Chops until lightly browned. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet.
  • Top with remainder of cheese flour mixture and drizzle pan drippings on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 min(boneless) 30-45 min(bone in) until internal temp reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
