Oven Roasted Okra Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 pounds fresh okra washed and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°. Wash and trim okra. Cut in half or quarter and toss them into a large bowl, add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and toss.
    1 - 2 pounds fresh okra, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pour on to a large sheet pan and spread in a single layer.
  • Roast at 450° 15-20 minutes or until desired color is reached.
  • Allow to cool a bit, serve and enjoy!
