Instant Pot Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white or jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Add rice, water, salt and butter into the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Close lid, seal vent and set to manual or pressure cook for 8 minutes.

  • When done, turn off or cancel and allow pressure to naturally release for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Carefully release vent to relieve any remaining pressure. Carefully open lid and fluff with a fork. Serve and Enjoy!
