How To Make Keto Cauliflower Dirty Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Ground chicken
  • 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil divided
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic minced
  • 1.5 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Drain and set aside.
    1/2 pound Ground chicken, 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef, 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Add the remaining 1 T of olive oil to the same pan and saute onion, celery, and bell pepper until tender. Add minced garlic and cook a minute more.

  • Add in cauliflower rice and seasonings. Add meat back in and mix well.
    1.5 cup cauliflower rice, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Add bay leaf and cook over low to medium heat 6 to 8 minutes. Remove the bay leaf and serve. Add dried parsley for garnish.
