Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled, cubed and boiled to mash.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • I teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Dried Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Peel, cube and boil potatoes and drain. 
    2 pounds potatoes
  • Add to a large bowl and mash.
  • Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. 
    3 tablespoons Butter, 8 ounces cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, I teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Pour in a greased 9×13 casserole dish. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley and serve.
    Dried Parsley for garnish
