Easy Low Carb Ham and Cheese Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces riced cauliflower
  • 2 cups cooked ham chopped
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic fresh minced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Cook cauliflower according to package directions, cool and drain. Spread in a single layer in the bottom of the casserole dish.

  • Layer chopped ham on top of cauliflower. In a small boiler, add heavy cream, sour cream, garlic, pepper and shredded sharp cheddar. Heat until cheese has melted. Pour over ham and cauliflower in an even layer.
    2 cups cooked ham, 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 tablespoon garlic
  • Top with cubes of mozzarella evenly all over.
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until browned and bubbly.
