Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pound ground sausage browned and drained
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1, 8 count can of brands biscuits each biscuit halved

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  • Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Separate each biscuit in half lengthwise and create a base with them in the baking dish. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top.
    1 pound ground sausage, 1, 8 count can of brands biscuits
  • Add eggs to milk and lightly beat together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over sausage and biscuits taking care to cover all of the edges. Top with ALL of that glorious cheese.
    4 eggs, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste, 3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Until cheese is melty and brown and biscuits have caused the whole thing to rise.
  • Allow to rest 5-10 minutes, cut and enjoy!
