Delicious Apple Butter Biscuit Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 biscuits crumbled
  • 3/4 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.5 cups cooked ham cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 2.5 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • dried parsley

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray. Crumble biscuits and spread in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Distribute apple butter evenly over biscuits. Top with ham and both cheeses.

  • In a large bowl add milk and eggs. Season with salt, pepper and ground mustard. Beat well to break yolks and mix well. Pour over prepared pan and top with dried parsley.

  • Cover with foil and refrigerate for one hour to overnight. Preheat oven to 325° and bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes until puffy and browned.
