Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons green onion minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 8 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh chopped

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper and minced green onion. Season one side of the chicken with half of this seasoning mixture.

  • In the liner of a crock pot, drizzle olive oil and spread the minced garlic on the bottom in an even layer. Add chicken thighs, seasoned side down in a single layer. Season the top with the remainder of the seasoning.

  • Pour balsamic vinegar over the chicken.

  • Cook on the high setting for 4 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees internal temperature. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley when serving.
