Creamy Crawfish Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces rotini pasta uncooked
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 splash milk
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 8 ounces unsweetened greek low fat yogurt
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and cover,
    set aside.

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add chopped onion and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, pepper, garlic and creole seasoning. Add in crawfish tails and cook 2-3 minutes.

  • Remove crawfish and set aside. Add in greek yogurt,
    flour and a splash of milk.Bring to a boil. Simmer until thick
    and add crawfish back in. Lower heat and heat through.

  • Serve over warm pasta and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
