Ingredients

  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher sea salt
  • 9 oz semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Beat sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until dough forms into a ball. Roll dough into 1-in. balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
  • Place chocolate in a small microwave safe cup and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
  • Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate with a fork,  one at a time, letting excess drip, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a bit more flaky salt.
  • Allow chocolate to set.
