Ingredients
2cupsconfectioners sugar
1cupcreamy peanut butter
4tablespoonunsalted buttersoftened
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspoonkosher sea salt
9ozsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt until dough forms into a ball. Roll dough into 1-in. balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
Place chocolate in a small microwave safe cup and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate with a fork, one at a time, letting excess drip, and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a bit more flaky salt.
