Ingredients
3cupsgreen leaf lettuce
1cupcherry tomatoeshalved
½cup pepperonichopped
½cupsalamichopped
¼cupRed Onionchopped
1pound frozen cheese tortellinicooked to package directions
¼cupparmesan cheeseshaved or grated
¼cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
2tablespoonbasilchopped
2tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoon garlicchopped or minced
½teaspoonSalt
½cupolive oil
½teaspoonPepper
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
Chop lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoni, salami, basil and onion. Combine in a large bowl with pasta and toss.
In a small bow, mix white wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil well for dressing.Pour over salad and toss until allis covered.
