Sausage Brie Bites

Cranberry Sausage Brie bites are a little fancy, a lot of easy and a big bite of delicious. We take yummy crescent rolls and fancy them up with cooked sausage and creamy brie and top it with a dollop of homemade cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Crescent Rolls
  • 1, 8 ounce wheel of Brie
  • I pound ground pork sausage
  • ½ Cup cranberry sauce
  • I sprig Rosemary optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Crumble and cook sausage. Drain and set aside.
  • Remove rind of brie and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Remove crescent rolls from package and press all seams together or roll with a rolling pin to make a whole sheet, Cut into 24 even sized squares.
  • Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Place one square of crescent dough into each muffin slot.
  • Add I square of cheese to each slot. Top with Sausage and a bit of cranberry sauce. Top with a small sprig of rosemary.
  • Bake 15 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan and serve.
