Ingredients
2cupsmozzarella cheese
I pound ground beef or turkey
I & ½ Cup cooked pasta
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
14 to 24ouncecan tomato sauce
½Cupchopped onion
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
½teaspoonItalian Seasoning
1& ½ Cup cottage cheese
½cupsour cream
1Tablespoonparsley
½Cupparmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Brown meat and onions. Drain and set aside in a large bowl.
Add tomato sauce to cooked meat and onions.
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese,parsley and italian seasoning.
In a 9×13 greased casserole dish layer the following. Noodles, meat sauce, sour cream mixture, mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Repeat layers and end with sauce a cheeses.
