Ingredients
16ozuncooked Rotini Pasta
½cupbutter
2Tablespoongarlic powder
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
½cupchopped onion
1teaspoonCreole Seasoning
2tablespoonsflour
splash of milk
1poundof Crawfish tails
8ozunsweetened Greek low fat yogurt
1bunch chopped green onion
Instructions
Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and cover, set aside.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook for 1 minute. Add salt, pepper, garlic and creole seasoning. Add in crawfish tails and cook 2-3 minutes.
Remove crawfish and set aside. Add in greek yogurt, flour and a splash of milk.Bring to a boil. Simmer until thick and add crawfish back in. Lower heat and heat through.
Serve over warm pasta and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
