Ingredients
3 applesPeeled, cored and sliced
1 tablespoon Raw Organic Honey
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 healthy teaspoon Cinnamon
1 healthy teaspoon Nutmeg
3-5 tablepoons Water
Instructions
Peel and core your apples. I use a handy dandy apple corer that both cores and slices. For this recipe, I still slice my apples slightly thinner than the corer tool does so they will cook down quick.
Add the apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, maple syrup and water to the IP and stir well to coat all of the apples.
Set to manual or pressure cook for 4 minutes. When it beeps, turn it off and QR(quick release). Stir and use whatever way your heart desires.
