Ingredients

  • 3 apples Peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Organic Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 healthy teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 healthy teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3-5 tablepoons Water

Instructions

  • Peel and core your apples. I use a handy dandy apple corer that both cores and slices.  For this recipe, I still slice my apples slightly thinner than the corer tool does so they will cook down quick.
  • Add the apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, maple syrup and water to the IP and stir well to coat all of the apples.
  • Set to manual or pressure cook for 4 minutes. When it beeps, turn it off and QR(quick release). Stir and use whatever way your heart desires.
