Ingredients
2-3 pounds boneless or bone in Pork chops
½ cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon plain flour
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, flour and seasonings. Dredge Pork Chops in mixture. Let them sit for a minute while heating butter and olive oil in a pan.
Sear the Pork Chops until lightly browned. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet.
Top with remainder of cheese flour mixture and drizzle pan drippings on top.
Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 min(boneless) 30-45 min(bone in) until internal temp reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
