Ingredients

  • 2-3 pounds boneless or bone in Pork chops
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon plain flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, flour and seasonings. Dredge Pork Chops in mixture. Let them sit for a minute while heating butter and olive oil in a pan.
  • Sear the Pork Chops until lightly browned. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet.
  • Top with remainder of cheese flour mixture and drizzle pan drippings on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 min(boneless) 30-45 min(bone in) until internal temp reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
